Bickleton ... Bluebird Capital of the World

Click HERE for More about Bickleton

Bickleton, situated in eastern Klickitat County, Washington, is a rural wheat farming community, and the Bluebird Capital of the World. It is also home to Whoop-N-Holler Museum and several small businesses that cater to travelers. A prime wheat growing community, Bickleton was founded by Charles N. Bickle in May 1879. Located about 20 miles north of the Columbia River and surrounded by hundreds of square miles of farm fields, it is a Mecca for thousands of (feathered) visitors that flock there each spring. Indeed, Bickleton is the Bluebird Capital of the World.
